An official document of down payments

Registration of articles of association

Registering the articles of association which take at slightest one day to be completed. Six legitimate copies of the articles of association are supposed to be deposited at the tax administration office. The toll administration retains two copies with it. Submission to the tribunal

Some of the credentials deposited at the tribunal include; two forms to be signed by the depositors. Two copies of the affirmation of tribute are signed by the managers of the entity. A copy of the address and the head office of the company. The most important clauses of the articles should be in the Arabic language. Copies of the national identity cards or passports of the company’s managers are in photocopy.

Filing of the declaration of existence

Filing of the declaration of existence at the tax control desk. An immediate document is filed to declare that the registered company exists. It takes approximately one day to complete such an activity.

Declaration by the NSSF

Declaration by the National Social Security Fund to ensure compliance with all the rules and regulations. Agents of the National Social Security Fund can also prior visits to the firm at any time to ensure conformity with the law.

Labor declaration

A Labor declaration is filed in the labor inspectorate to ensure the company’s observance of the labor standards. It is done within a day.  The declaration must include the name of the company and the location. The Manger’s name, address, and country of origin are also included. The number of employees now should also be added and their area of proficiency. Lastly, if there is any foreign employee, their number and validity of the residence card should be included. The company should be published in the official Government Gazette and any other two newspapers within seven days. The publication must also be in Arabic. However, this procedure does not affect the execution of the other steps. 

Business entity seal

The final requirement is the business entity seal. The seal is comprised of the company logo and its identification. It can be made by any citizen or foreign seal maker. It is purposed to uniquely identify every registered company.
